Then this seemly blends into a wonderful Ecstatic Dance. Ecstatic Dance is a rave space and musical journey where you get to surrender to movement without judgment or choreography, creating a liberating and exhilarating experience of self-expression, connection, and pure embodied joy.
Our intention is to share these great practices with our community to create an experience of joy and celebration.
