    For the first time in history Amsterdam will host WorldPride. WorldPride is a global event that raises visibility and awareness of LGBTQIA+ issues worldwide. Amsterdam, home to over 180 nationalities, is one of the most diverse cities in the world. Our vibrant LGBTQIA+ community gives the city a unique atmosphere of freedom, creativity and tolerance. The very first same-sex marriage took place here in 2001. In 2026 we celebrate 25 years of marriage equality — a milestone that is still not a given in many parts of the world.

    THEME OF THIS EVENING: NEURODIVERGENT LOVE

    This evening is part of the Pride Art Route and in collab with the QueerTropolis exhibit at Treehouse. As celebrating diversity in love and relating, this evening we dive into the diversity of the minds.

    Being able to think outside the box, perhaps because your brain works a bit differently to
    begin with, can be an excellent match with ethical non-monogamy. In this world, everyone
    can design their own frameworks for relating to others romantically and/or sexually - far
    away from societal scripts of mononormativity and relationship milestones. Everyone has
    their own set of needs, boundaries, expectations and wishes.

    Neurodivergence covers a broad spectrum of ways in which the brain may work or develop
    otherwise than is considered typica.. It’s a non-medical term emphasizing that every individual has their own way of processing and behaving. Whilst not everyone who is neurodivergent has a diagnosis, common examples seen within the ENM community are ADHD and autism.

    One may lean toward the impulsive versus stability, speaking from deep feeling or from logical directness, acting on moods or planning ahead to know what to expect. One may thrive in some additional structure, and the other loves the spark of the spontaneous. What may be common challenges for neurodivergent people within a normative society, may be superpowers in the world of ENM.

    If one partner wants a little room for impulsivity to explore and get excited about new people,
    and the other needs advance notice of events to strategically divide social battery, it's worth knowing how you tick. When you take off your mask, you can connect as you are.

Together with a group of engaged community members aspects of shame, loneliness and stigma will be discussed. When does the consumption of substances cross the threshold from healthy to unhealthy boundaries?     The Blossoming of Maximo Oliveros is a sweet coming-of-age film set in the buzzing streets and slums of Manila. Maxi is a kid on the edge of his teens who’s totally comfortable being himself, and his family has got his back, even though they are mixed up in petty crime on the side. When Victor, a good-hearted young cop, swoops in and saves him from getting jumped, Maxi ends up developing an innocent crush for him.

    Things get complicated when Victor starts digging into what Maxi’s family is really up to. Suddenly Maxi is stuck trying to figure out where his loyalties lie; first crush or family. Director Aureaus Solito tells the story with a ton of heart and humor, digging into identity, right and wrong, and just how messy growing up can be when love and family duty don’t line up.

    The Blossoming of Maximo Oliveros premiered at the very first Cinemalaya Film Festival back in 2005, ended up being the Philippines’ pick for the Oscars, and has since become a real classic in queer film.

    Wat begon met één regenboogvlag aan de Churchilllaan groeide uit tot een wijk waarin tijdens Pride honderden vlaggen gezamenlijk worden uitgehangen. Niet alleen door lhbtiq+-bewoners, maar juist ook door buren die willen laten zien dat iedereen welkom is. De Roze Route voert je door deze kleurrijke buurt, langs iconische Pride-locaties zoals het Churchill-monument met regenboogsjerp en de eerste wolkenkrabber van Amsterdam in regenboogkleuren. Op de kaart kleuren alle straten met één of meer regenboogvlaggen roze. Ontdek een buurt waar zichtbaarheid, saamhorigheid en verbondenheid elke zomer tot leven komen. Hier is Pride niet alleen een evenement, maar een buurt die laat zien dat iedereen erbij hoort.

    Deze zomer keert Trans Podium terug naar Paradiso. Tijdens deze avond krijgen transgender personen de kans om hun stem letterlijk en figuurlijk te laten horen op het podium. Zoals eerdere edities lieten zien, kun je een veelzijdige avond verwachten met optredens van deelnemers die hun talent delen: van zang en spoken word tot instrumentale muziek en andere vormen van performance. Er is ruimte voor expressie, zichtbaarheid en het vieren van stemgeluid in al zijn vormen.

    De avond vindt plaats midden in Amsterdam Pride, wanneer lhbtiq+ organisaties in de stad een maand lang activiteiten organiseren rondom zichtbaarheid, gemeenschap en de vrijheid om jezelf te zijn. Dit jaar krijgt die periode een extra lading: voor het eerst komt ook WorldPride naar Amsterdam, ter ere van het feit dat het 25 jaar geleden is dat hier het eerste huwelijk tussen mensen van hetzelfde geslacht werd voltrokken.

    Deze boeiende documentaire, waarvan de titel is ontleend aan haar tweede album, viert de carrière van een van de iconen van de hedendaagse muziek. Opwindende teksten en muziek, gave kapsels en bodysuits van schaamhaar. Zo zagen we Peaches voor het eerst; de provocerende en onvergelijkbare feministische electroclashmuzikant en -kunstenaar. Het werd al snel duidelijk dat ze veel meer was dan haar muziek, zoals deze film duidelijk maakt. Peaches hielp de deuren open te trappen waardoor vrouwen in de muziek opener konden praten over seks, identiteit, woede en hun eigen, compromisloze artisticiteit. Twee decennia later bereidt Peaches zich voor op de 20e jubileumtournee van haar baanbrekende album. Teaches of Peaches combineert spectaculair beeldmateriaal van deze "The Teaches of Peaches Anniversary Tour 2022” met exclusief prive-archiefmateriaal en openhartige interviews met medewerkers, bewonderaars en geliefden (waaronder Leslie Feist, Chilly Gonzalez en Shirley Manson). Daarmee is het een herinnering aan hoe baanbrekend deze artiest is. Winnaar van de Teddy Award voor beste documentaire op de Berlinale 2024.

    In het kader van WorldPride Amsterdam 2026 en 75 jaar Molukkers in Nederland creëert QPC een ruimte voor ontmoeting, zichtbaarheid en artistieke uitwisseling.     Visibility matters, especially at Pride. But who decides what is “appropriate”, and where are the limits?

    In this open and accessible session, we explore fetish visibility and representation in LGBTQIA+ spaces today. Why do some people feel kink doesn’t belong at Pride? Where do these ideas come from, and how do we respond? Is there discrimination under the rainbow? And how do we navigate the line between what is easily visible and what is judged as “too much”?

    We’ll have plenty of time for Q&A with a panel of community voices.

    VRAU is een queer Braziliaans feest in Berlijn dat de levendige cultuur van queer baile funk viert en promoot. We brengen de diversiteit van Braziliaanse muziek naar Europa, van Baile Funk tot andere genres die onze queer gemeenschap vormen. Sinds 2023 delen we deze energie in Duitsland. VRAU wordt georganiseerd door queer mensen en verwelkomt iedereen die openstaat voor dans, verbinding en feest. De kern van VRAU bestaat uit zware bas, twerken en het vieren van de vreugde van Braziliaanse muziek door beweging.     Wat kun je verwachten?
    Bij BIXARIA gaan we niet uit van iemands gender en maakt het niet uit hoe je eruitziet. Dit is een plek voor experiment — op jouw manier, zoals jij het nodig hebt. We hanteren een deurbeleid en werken met een Gender Awareness Team onder leiding van Mother Lucía: gendercoach en floor manager, altijd aanwezig om te ondersteunen, begeleiden en waken over het welzijn van onze community gedurende de hele nacht. When Victor, a good-hearted young cop, swoops in and saves him from getting jumped, Maxi ends up developing an innocent crush for him.

    Things get complicated when Victor starts digging into what Maxi’s family is really up to. Suddenly Maxi is stuck trying to figure out where his loyalties lie; first crush or family. Director Aureaus Solito tells the story with a ton of heart and humor, digging into identity, right and wrong, and just how messy growing up can be when love and family duty don’t line up.

    Op de boekpresentatie van ‘Lik’, getiteld een ode aan vrouwenliefde in de literatuur, duiken we in de les-bi-queer leeslijst. Graag stellen we de panelists aan jullie voor.

    Het panel wordt gemodereerd door de geweldige Nilay Ceber. Nilay is schrijver, regisseur en performer. In haar werk onderzoekt ze de absurditeit van het leven. Ze creëert werelden waarin taal en beweging met elkaar versmelten tot een nieuw narratief. Daarnaast geeft ze les aan diverse kunstacademies. Na haar dansregie Alphabets of Flesh voor de Nederlandse Dansdagen regisseerde ze meerdere eindvoorstellingen voor De Parade. Momenteel verdiept ze zich in het universum van Shahmaran, Dostojevski en Kafka als vertrekpunt voor een roman. De foto van Nilay is gemaakt door Anna Perger.

    In het panel zit ook de fantastische Nicchelle Buyne. Nicchelle (zij/die) is een queer Surinaams-Nederlandse dromer, dichter en doener. Als spoken word artiest deelde ze haar woorden bij diverse podia, zoals Read My World, Mensen Zeggen Dingen en Poetry International. Diens werk is o.a. gepubliceerd in Zij/Haar: Een ABC van Lesbische Literatuur (2024, Uitgeverij Kleine Uil) en de Queer & Feminist Poetry Anthology Vol. II (2026, Unwanted Words).

    Daarnaast gaan we in gesprek met de fenomenale Daphne de Heer. Daphne (zij/haar) is allround literatuuractivist en is uitgever bij de lesbiqueer uitgeverij Velvet Publishers. Daarnaast adviseert ze culturele instellingen, geeft ze een Masterclass Literaire festivals, bespreekt ze boeken bij Nieuwsweekend en is ze voorzitter van de Stichting Dichter der Nederlanden. Bij Velvet Publishers verscheen onlangs het nieuwe erotische queer verhaal ‘Ananas’.

    And last but not least zit Tessel ten Zweege in het panel, auteur van het boek ‘Lik’ dat we op deze avond presenteren. Naast schrijven werkt ze als researcher en presentator bij Omroep Zwart en maakt ze documentaires.

    Geschreven door Nouchka van Brakel en Judith Herzberg, verkent Een Vrouw Als Eva onderwerpen als vrouwelijke zelfbeschikking, seksualiteit en het verlangen naar een bestaan buiten de gebaande maatschappelijke paden. Bij de release in 1979 riep de film gemengde reacties op en werd door sommigen weggezet als feministisch pamflet, maar tegenwoordig wordt hij beschouwd als een mijlpaal in de Nederlandse filmgeschiedenis en een belangrijk werk binnen de queer en feministische cinema.

    Voor deze Grand Family Affair begint de avond met een energieke Best Of-show: een herinterpretatie van de meest iconische performances en momenten van de afgelopen vijf jaar. Verwacht een achtbaanrit van veertig minuten vol seks, drama en extravagantie, tot leven gebracht door een nieuwe generatie makers naast vertrouwde gezichten.

Na de Best Of-show nemen dj’s Europarking, Faggatron, Slimfit en YoungWoman de Grote Zaal over, begeleid door spraakmakende performances. De Kelder wordt omgetoverd tot een archeologische opgravingssite, waar bezoekers via een multimediale installatie de geschiedenis van The Patchwork Family kunnen ontdekken, aangevuld met performances en dj-sets. Bezoekers krijgen bovendien de kans om zich te laten fotograferen door Kees de Klein, al jarenlang de favoriete fotograaf van The Patchwork Family, of een iconische Family Affair-airbrush tattoo te laten zetten.

    Babs is een veelzijdige, kleurrijke artiest en producer uit Leiden, die maatschappelijk actuele rapteksten combineert met aanstekelijke, zelfgeproduceerde popbeats. Haar muziek zit vol scherpe observaties, persoonlijke verhalen en maatschappelijke thema’s waarover ze rapt met een flinke dosis humor en zelfspot. Haar debuut-EP ‘Ruimtevrees’ verscheen tijdens de pandemie in 2021. Daarna ging het hard: ze stond op festivals als Noorderslag, Paaspop, Dauwpop en Zwarte Cross, en haar nummer ‘Bennie Boos’ werd genomineerd voor Song van het Jaar. Ook deed ze in 2024 mee met het populaire tv-programma Wie is de Mol?

    Met haar energieke liveshow speelde Babs op talloze podia en deed ze twee uitverkochte clubtours door Nederland. Samen met een strakke liveband, die onder meer bestaat uit haar tweelingbroer als toetsenist en MC, krijgt ze moeiteloos een zaal aan het dansen, zonder de diepgang van haar teksten te verliezen. Dit najaar presenteert ze haar tweede album ‘De Club Is Stuk’, wat ze viert met een feestelijke releaseshow in Bitterzoet.

    Op de laatste vrijdag van elke maand organiseert TransAmsterdam Open Mic at Trans and Friends Café InClusion. Café InClusion is een netwerk- en ontmoetingsplaats waar je jezelf kunt zijn. Een avond waar iedereen de ruimte krijgt om talenten te delen en zichzelf te laten zien. Wil je een kort verhaal vertellen, een gedicht voordragen, een lied zingen of iets heel anders delen? Het hoeft niet perfect te zijn — het draait om TransJoy. Daarnaast is Sam aanwezig met gratis Henna Painting Laat je handen versieren door diens prachtige creativiteit.

    *Tijdens café InClusion wordt er regelmatig gefilmd of foto’s gemaakt. Wie niet gefilmd of gefotografeerd wil worden, kan bij onze teamleden een sticker vragen. Op deze manier houden onze filmmaker en fotograaf rekening met je wensen.

    Onder het genot van een drankje wordt er volop bijgekletst, gelachen en soms ook gezongen. Een ongedwongen sfeer, fijne gesprekken en vooral heel veel gezelligheid staan centraal.

    Op donderdag 19 maart 2009 vond de eerste - toen nog - PINK1094/1095 buurtborrel plaats. Inmiddels borrelen we met regelmaat dus alweer meer dan vijftien jaar!
    Onze Pink Oost buurtborrels voor de Indische Buurt (en omstreken) zijn altijd op een donderdag vanaf 20.00 uur. Zo hou je je vrije weekend en hoef je je na je werk niet te haasten. Zes keer per jaar willen we mensen zo bij elkaar brengen.

    Are you a Queer KOC ( Kinkster of Colour ) and lately been thinking “Wow, I really wanna meet and connect with more kinksters of colour – wherever do I go?!” Do you yearn for a get together that has more of your flavour? May it be a little bit of Adobo, Ras El Hanout or a kick of Sichuan Pepper.

    Well the BIPOC Queer / Trans* / Femme* Group Amsterdam+ created by @General_Malaise and hosted by @TranyeWest is organising a munch at Bar Buka where we can all come together to talk about different topics, simply relax, hang-out, blow off some steam and seek out support!

    The Munch is from 18:00 till 21:00.
    The Introduction and Topic are not mandatory, if you want to skip that you can arrive at 18:00 and just join the group.

    18:00 till 18:15 - Walk in, get a drink and find the host to join our spot or tables.

    18:15 till 19:00 - 19:15 - Introduction Round and talking about the topic at hand. The topics can go from easy breasy to talking about more systemic issues. Around 18:00 tot 18:10 we’ll slowly round of the topic and make space for the other people who are joining.

    19:15 till 21:00 - Free time! Everybody is free to yap and connect with eachother. Either continue the topic, crack some jokes or zone out safely in the corner. It is all good.

    21:00 Munch Over - The Munch ends but Bar Buka continues! If you don't want to leave you are more then welcome to hang out and vibe out.
