Pink giants
Queer history podcast Pink Giants is back with a second season. One of the five Pink Giants is Thomas Wormgoor (he/him), a pioneer in trans care and trans empowerment. Thomas Wormgoor worked as a psychologist and lawyer. He played a major role in the development of transgender care in the Netherlands both as an expert by experience and as a professional. Thomas talks to James van Wijngaarden (who/hen). James is board chair of the foundation behind Trans magazine, an independent annual magazine and online content platform created by and for (trans)gender diverse people. Besides guest speakers, there will also be a musical performance by someone from the community: Jip Hover (he/he). A preview of Thomas' podcast episode will be heard during this event. This programme is part of COC Amsterdam's Shakespeare Club.
