Rejoice! An act of resilience is a novel experience that weaves poetry and theatre craft into unique blackbox production.
To challenge our own resilience, to invite our busy minds to live in the moment, our curated artists will meet for the first time hours before the curtain reveals them on stage, to meet, rehearse and build a program.
Delivered by a powerhouse cast, join us on this walk of faith, as we defy challenges with humor, combat disappointment with gratitude, and embrace joy to develop strength of character.
This special evening will also serve to announce the launch of a new poetry anthology: Queer Joy and Gender Euphoria, by Unwanted Words Project. Copies will be made available for purchase and autograph.
