Queer Nature Community Day
We'll be connecting with nature and each other through simple sensory exercises, making art and crafts from things we find around us, playing games, and lounging on blankets.
Think: chill, cozy, and joyful.

14:00 — Event starts!
14:15 — Welcome
14:30–15:00 — “Touch grass” guided nature walk & nature connection activity
15:00 onwards — Free flow! Nature arts & crafts, Board games & other games, Blanket chilling 🤗
17:00 — Tidy up, hugs, and head home.
When? Sunday 28 June 2026, 14:00–17:00
Where? Amstelpark, Amsterdam.
What to bring?
- Snacks and drinks for yourself (and something to share if you like!).
- A picnic blanket.
- Your favourite board games, balls, or anything fun to play with
Accessibility
- The park is reachable by bike and tram — note that bikes aren't allowed inside the park.
- Public toilets are available in the park.
- No sign language interpreter will be present.
- The event is in English, but some of us also speak Dutch.
