    A gente!! letā€™s dance! Just us May 15ā€™th for a pop-up edition of Queer Latin social where we shift across (South American & Amsterdam) borders and plant ourserlves firmly in the rhythms of Brazil right here in Sloterdijk @LOLA Lijn. We start the night off with a beginners ForrĆ³ Workshop, before Dj Diaba e Benzedeiro takes us through a Mix Salad Brazil. Feeling hungry? Latan Gueria Amsterdam will offer delicious snacks throughout the night.

    Whether you come for the workshops, to move your hips to the sweet Brazilian rhythms or simply to feel the magic of our queer latin family, this night is for YOU! šŸ³ļøā€šŸŒˆ

    Mattheus Braun Magrin will take us in his embrace and kick off the night with a embracing ForrĆ³ crash course ā€“ A rhythm and dance originating from the North-East states of Brazil. Perfect for beginners šŸ‡§šŸ‡· šŸ”„

    The devilish pair from Brazil Dj Diaba e Benzedeiro will bring us through a ā€œMix Salad Brazil ā€œ ā€“ Samba(s), coco, jongo, ForrĆ³, Brega, Funk, Piseiro, Ciranda and more. No sitting still, full smiles & loose hips, you donā€™t want to miss this first edition!

    Join the We Are Queer and Lola Lijn community for an evening of fun! We'll start the night off with a fun game of BINGO -get to know each other and maybe even win a prize. After that we'll sing some Karaoke together, experience with singing or not, everyone is welcome to sing along! There'll be some bites to keep you going.

    The event is for free of charge and open for WERQ-members and the Lola Lijn community. Friends and family can sign up as well!
