By popular demand, this edition of Queer Parenthood will be held in English.
Join us for an evening of meaningful dialogue on the experiences, challenges, and joys of queer parenthood, with a special focus on the journeys of trans and non-binary parents.
⨠Guest speaker #1: Ryan Ramharak
Ryan Ramharak (they/them) is a queer, non-binary parent. They are the baba of Ravi (their child) and the partner of David. Ryan carried Ravi in their own belly and now supports other trans and non-binary parents, parents-to-be, and those with a desire to have and carry children through their support group, the Zeepaardjesgroep.
⨠Guest speaker #2: Luciano
Luciano (they/them) is a non-binary BIPOC parent, social worker, and photographer raising a teenager while navigating a neurotypical world. Through their lived experience, activism, and creative work, Luciano brings deep insight into parenting with care, resilience, and the continuous fight for more equitable and safe(r) spaces.
Together, Ryan and Luciano will share their stories and reflect on queer family-making, parenting beyond the binary, and creating joyful, intentional homes.
